Man i cant beleive i got pulled over and ticketed for this shit. I got pulled over exactly like this at 3 am one time for my exhaust and i was drunk and only left with a warning. Bike cops are the worst. I got a clean record and he didnt even let me go with a warning. Well any wayz is there any way that i can fight this ticket in court? Some loop hole around this that you guys know about? Or should i show up and maybe the cop might not?

u know what you do?......u tie bombs around you and go to court, and then you threaten the judge telling him that if he doesnt drop the charge, you will blow up yourself and everything around it.....it worked for me =)

 

Well then, instead of the bombs i will put hot dogs with electrical tape and pretend. Lets see wat they will do then.

 

Take pics w/ stock exhaust on your car, take it to court, charge will be dropped.

 

But this isnt a fix it ticket.

 

Improper exhaust, right? Like I said, show proof that you replaced it and you should be fine. But there's always a chance that you get a dickhead judge in a pissy mood. I just sucked it up and paid the ticket.

 

My friend had the same problem. 72 dollars later and if you don't change it you take the chance of it happening again. And i'll second the bike cop sh%*. I havn't been pulled since i've lived here until labor day weekend. Clean Va record and i was going 50 in a 35 on birdneck right before it turns 45. Bike cop pulled me and straight ticket. No warning but he didn't say anything about my drop or exhaust. Guess it just depends on there mood for the day.
