Just a little bit of advice from someone who used to be a recruiter...

Post location, website (if any), and the name of the company. Also post an e-mail address to send resumes to. If you want the person to be experienced in a particular type of welding (like MIG, TIG, etc....I'm not a welder, but you get what I'm saying), say that as well.

Doing all the above will get you better results (as in more people to choose from to hire).

I can vouch for this guy. His work is SO AMAZING!!!! Some of the beads on his welds are so smooth that you cant even tell it's welded!!!!
