If you truely care about performance, and your not going to go internal on the motor. I'd recommend a 65mm throttle body w/ a skunk2 pro series intake manifold.

Header wise, if your on a budget, get a JDM ITR 4-1 header. Get a 'ebay' 2.5inch 'hi flow cat' and a nice exhaust. 2.25-2.5inch is fine.

Get a 3 inch intake, ebay or not is up to you. Make sure you get a good filter.

And last but certainly not least. Get a tune. You can tune your stock motor right now and make more gains over putting all that stuff on it and not getting tuned.

No tune, go boom. Or something like that.
