Default stock exhaust install

I have a 91 laser with 3in pipe from the down pipe back and it has no cat i need to get a stock muffler on it so it is not loud and i iwll not get pulled over cuz i cant afford that i have a restricted license how much wiill this cost in the area and where should i go and how bad will it effect my performance any help would be great

do my muffler ... cut the huge exhaust tip of my muffler and weld the smaller tip.......

Put a smaller exhuast on and run a cut out this way your is quite and when you need to yoou can hit a switch and open it back up for performance.
Any way contact Hybrid Garage we do a lot of custom exhuast work.

hey if i put a stock muffler on the 3 in pipe it should be quiet rite and then i can still run a cut out correct?

come on guys i have all these offers i have all these offers or shops in the area you guys pm and i return the pms with the info you need and then you never get back to me whats up and i have left my number and one of the shops i have even called sound like you guys can do good work but not a good way to start off
