So I took the DMV riding test...
and passed. It wasnt that hard, for those who havent got their M yet, I suggest going to the DMV parking lot, praticing a few times and taking the test. (Espically w/the new penalty laws they got going in affect July 1st.) Anyways it took foreveeeeeeeeeeeeer at the DMV but the test itself was pretty easy since I had alreay praticed all the exercises at the lot. Only thing I did was put my foot down once on the weave but no biggy.
Im excited im finnaly legal! I still might take the MSF, i heard it can save you on insurance (anyone have progressive, can you verify?). But at the moment I'm not worried about it, maybe this fall or next year.

wouldn't have to take the riding test if you have MSF under your belt. I need to retake it just because
Need to go back to texas to get an M
no way in hell am i getting a Va card

I dunno what you two are bitching about, but I have a question for Quentin, could you tell me exactly what you had to do. I hear something about a figure 8, a 90 degree turn, and some sort of super strong breaking or something? lol
He already took the test ..He has an M why would he waste his money on the msf..granted you learn stuff but no teacher like seat time. I think you post something dumb in every thread ....
Thats exactly what you have to do. If you can get that down, your golden. And the breaking isnt "super strong" I thought it was cake. Cross line and hit both brakes. I braked so short she didnt even measure my distance. No figure 8's, theres is a 90' turn.
