I felt it was appropriate to commend Brauning Motorsports are their superior customer service. I highly recomend doing business with a company that truly cares about their customers.

Through the whole process of ordering my CFR radiator G at Brauning Motorsports was extremely kind and helpfull. Without ever stepping foot in the building and never even meeting the crew, the guys ar Brauning were able and succesfully ordered the correct part in amazing turn around and price.

Not only did everything go right there, but upon arrival of the part, I informed the crew I wouldn't be able to make it down for a few weeks as my work scheduale conflicted with their hours. Without hessitation an employee who comes to the Springfield area offered to bring the part with him and I could retrieve it when it was convenient for myself. I never got a chance to call him to pick it up, before the part arrived at my job in the arms of the Brauning employe. I just wanted to thank everyone at Brauning again, and let them know that this truley helped me out.

Yea I read your other thread man, I got nothing to say about any service done by them, but as far as ordering parts through them I highly recommend them.

 

yea they suck bad,but they now how to beat on shit and tune very very bad!tho

 

well its funny how people always talk about all the things that go wrong with a shop but never tell the whole story like how when one if there customers motor blows up on the dyno because of the faulty equipment that the customer installed took a shit that mark and g at Brauning actually helped the guy fix a major problem and still gave thekid all his dyno time after 2 days ofsitting in the shop and only asked the kid to pay for parts and no labor and the car doubled the horse power it had ever seen.anyway everyone is entitled to there own opinion but mine is every shop has things that happen and its how the shop handles the situation afterwards that should matter and as far as i know they have lawsuites pending or ongoing disputes with any of there previous customers cause as faras i have seen they always fix any mistakes they make and afterall they are human and very descent ones at that

 

i agree with jujub.the guys at brauning will bend over backward to help you with anything they can.i have never had a bad experience with brauning.+1 for good work from mark and the guys at brauning

 

I have to say Alex did an excellent job on my 92 accords motor engine is making excellent power, but my S2000 all i can say is what the hell happened

 

thanks phi, i also hope you also enjoyed all of the fab work i did on the car. sorry to hear about your s2000 though.most of you guys know i'm no longer working there. i moved back to the area and going solo. if yaa need any thing let me know.
