I've never actually gone to the gatherings there, but I've heard that they're really big most of the time. Cosmo, what time does everyone meet up there?

Seems like a nice day and I know all you guys want to go out driving. I have no A/C but I'll battle the heat to see some nice cars.

 

Most of us get up there around 5pm or so, just in time for dinner. sometimes we get there sooner, but it's just so damn hot today I'm going to wait. There will be at least 3 or 4o WRX's and probably an STi. We'll all be parked together. Just remember - the rice comes out at night!

 

i think im gonna go check it out for a while i hope to see some cars i havent seen before. although i am hoping to see the primered sunbird with ps2 and neons that is my favorite.

 

Yeah, if it's like usual there will be plenty o' primer tonight.

Yeah I saw your car too cosmo, I was busy running around, eating and looking at the cars. Yours is nice, I watched you pull out, I could hear the turbo through your exhaust.

That STI was incredible, I hadn't ever seen one up close, the damn rotors and calipers are humongous on that beast!

 

yea, i went up to summit point this weekend to hyperfest. saw plenty of evo's and sti's there, along with some nice shit. and some rice... the sti looks beautiful. it was the first time i seen one up close and it's absolutely gorgeous. also saw an evo with REGULAR taillaights instead of the altezzas. looks soooo much nicer, hehe. too bad you can't just swap the base lancer taillights in

 

They allow imports in the Fast Freddy's lot now? Times are changing..

 

Yeah. In fact, once it gets dark, the imports are in the majority. Then there are people like me that take both an import and a domestic there....

Actually, most of the muscle car guys are pretty receptive to the imports. Well, to the non-rice ones anyways.
