I reported their damn manager Ken to cooperate and also emailed BBB. I hope his ass gets fired.

Simple story:

Bought air conditioning retrofit kit, found out I didn't need it and returned it the next day. Head manager accuses me of it being used since I tore off the plastic wrap around the box. All parts were in there. He rips everything open and throws it back in box.. yelling out.. "its used, i'm not taking it.. you're stuck with it" and he tells all other managers not to deal with me.

Bottom line: I didn't need to be treated like a punk-racer kid because of my car. The rudest manager I have ever met.

 

And why didnt you go off on his ass.

 

I didn't want to stoop to his level. He yelled so damn loud the whole store heard. I figured I'll just contact cooperate and have his ass fired/punished.

 

you should have shoved the tube in his mouth and opened the can up. j/k you did the right thing. keep calling the corporate office,eventually they will give in.

most advance auto's i've been to are pretty friendly on taking returns on open items. That guy was a dick
