trident academy in woodbridge off of smoketown rd, across from potomac mills (same shopping center as bob evans and dairy queen). they teach muay thai, jeet kun do, esscrima (sp?, fillipino stick fighting) and mma. i know every once in a while they get together with yamasaki and another school and have a little thai "tounament" or at least they use to. the instructor is an ex-navy seal.

Or maybe human weapon?

Btw, I heard that Trident Academy is a joke (that's what I heard, not my judgement).

i've done a few of the tounaments they did with yamasaki and another school, they teach pretty good from a tecnical stand point. i think i tend to be a decent judge of the arts, especially after 14yrs of it. i currently do american rules kickboxing, we would just add in leg kicks a few months before they would have the tounaments so we would be ready. mind you i havent done one of their tounaments in about 3-4 yrs.
