Wha's with all the cars hangin around where R&R tinting used to be? Did a shop open over there or something?

 

it could just be an open vacant lot that the cops realy dont care if people hangout there or not....just a thought.

 

we all hang out at kroger off of victory, we cant get kicked out.

 

Yes Kroger is the best, we(read Richard or 9civic5) can regulate the parking lot as we wish.

We welcome all just obey the rules, no speeding, loud music or recklessness, no trash and be respectful, we do have the right to ask specific persons to leave, enforceable by law.

im curious too is there anyplace or spots to chill in va beach everyone is either at the ptown spot or across the water or all the way out in hampton i mean is there any place to just chill in va beach?? anywayz just wonderin aight im out late.............................................. ...........................86
