Default Red Porshe 924/944

Looking for the owner of a Red Porshe 924/944.
Was on Cunningham Dr./Todds Lane this morning around 7:10 am.
Your car looks good and seems to have decent power, just wondering what you have done to it. I was driving the silver Datsun 280ZX. I don't know if you were trying to challenge me or not but maybe at the track. Racing on Todds lane by the coliseum mall is just not wise, going to jail on a Friday is not my cup of tea. Anyway just thought you had a nice looking 924/944.

Kind of off topic... these cars are very very cool. And I am looking for one myself.

If it had the wider fenders then it was the 944, the 924 had the more slender body. Both are equally sweet though.

Then it was a 924, didn't have the fender flares. But was in great shape and seemed as though it had good power. He was playing around with me, but too early in the morning and don't want to ruin my Friday by getting pulled over for speeding.

You have to get the right one.. not just a base model.

I am looking for a close to min 944 S2 w/ LSD. Far from a couple grand.

It would have been either the 944 w/ 2.5l 4 cyl @ 150hp or the 944 turbo w/ 2.5l 4 cyl @ 220hp. Yeah, the older ones goes for pretty cheap. But I like em.

The 944 S2 had a 3.0 4 cly @ 210 hp. Not the fastest thing in the world, but tons of potential.

The older 924 Turbos go for super cheap. They have a 2.0 at around 150 i think.

I have an '81 924 with 5-spd instead of the 4-spd, thinking about maybe selling it soon. I don't know where I'm gonna pull the funds for twin turbines

I have seen a nice 924/944 around Jefferson in NN, it is beautifully restored.
