Question b series cam "?"

so i have a stock LS and was just a little curious if i could throw a set of B18C cams in place of the stock ones. I know you can swap out allot of the B-series parts and was just curious if that was one of them, before i blow the shit up. and if so is there anything special I have to do besides just swap them out?

the only cams you can use that are from another b series is ls auto cams they differ from the manual cams slightly. other than that you would need to go to an after market cam. im not sure and havent seen it done or heard of it done but maybe b20 cams if anyone knows if b20 cams will work in a ls head and make a differance please let me know
