i recently bought a d16a6 block, freshly rebuilt and bored i am pretty sure it was 50 over or .50 over however you say it and i have a built z6 head i am going to put on it, as for the headgasket i bought a cosmetic hg for a y8, should work, but i didnt think about the bore, will i have any issues with the headgasket because the block is bored out, i bought the hg still in wrapping off a guy on here, i am also going boost, help is greatly appreciated
the hg says HONDA CIVIC, CRX SI, SOHC 79MM .054" "HP" MLS H/G D15/D16
i dont think you need a bigger headgasket. on a B series gasket, they give you about .6mm worth of extra all around so that you can use the same gasket for their overbore (which is only .25mm) But i've used a stock bore HG on many 81.5 builds with no issues. You should be able to do the same, just measure the gasket.
