where to get flywheel re-surfaced? maybe clutch install too..
hey guys, where is the best place in 757 area(williamsburg, newport news, possibly virginia beach) to get my stock flywheel resurfaced? for great price?
and where is the best place to get my clutch installed? how much would t cost for re surface?or installation?
i have 2002 acura rsx type-s by the way...

If you take your car to a shop to get the clutch installed, they'll resurface it for you. This usually means that they'll send the flywheel out to the same automotive machine shop that you would have taken the flywheel to anyway. If you're looking for a 757 shop, Custom Car Care was always great. A litte pricey, but you can trust them. Or you can do what I did and take it to Mike (Chahonda)..

pm me my boy is shawn he works at the transmission shop on jefferson i can get you a good deal they did all mine on my dsm for 300 i think it is best transmission i can not remember

nice. thanks for your offers guys. now i have to see who's good and who's not lol
lowest offer is got so far is 200 including flywheel resurface with warranty, and highest is 300. so i guess i am looking for around 200-250. i want a person who has experience with k20a2 engine clutch. and have good reputable. let me know guys

speaking from experience with people, the cheaper you get, the worse you get. You can find all the backyard mechanics who do it for $50-100 and you'll end up with a problem and they say "oh well."
I've had to go behind many people who've been there before to fix problems.

definetly dont go cheap on the clutch install. But seriously if your installer doesn't know of a machine shop that can resurface the flywheel let me know i could -probably get done for more like $20.

yea i know i won't go cheap on clutch install. i even can do it myself if i take a time to do so, but just too lazy lol.
but i definitely have to get my flywheel resurfaced...
