Bikes fast but can't go fast sitting in the garage somebody buy it!

Would it be possible to get a swapped quad or something similar registered to ride on the street? I've seen the quad Busa and IIRC it had license plates and inspection, but it was also a motorcycle that basically had a suspension and drivetrain built for four wheels, around a motorcycle chassis.

If so, you've got an interesting upcoming project! That would be sick!
