stuff stuck between my rim and tire

anyone got a link or a sticky on how to remove this?

Only way I know of to remove foreign crap from the "Bead" area of the tire is to air it down and break the bead all the way round. Then you can wipe it out and make sure you got it all out.

if it aint leakin leave it there. Orr break it down. Its easy to do it yourself. deflate it compleltly use a highlift on top of the tire right next to the bead then the other end to a heavy object say anothere vehicle or trailor. Break the bead then take peice of shit out. And to reseat it just take a ratchet strap around the tread of the tire tightly air the tire up and as soon as the bead starts poppin into place release the preasure. and wala done.
