shifted frame
i wrecked my car the other nite. the shop that i have taken it to says that the frame has shifted. is this the same as the frame being bent? and is it even worth keeping my car? need some help. thx. peace.

if it is the same, take it to a frame shop and have the damage looked at.. i bent the frame on my other prelude just from hitting a curb at 15mph.. had to replace kframe too, came out to like $1200
