fish for sushi???

Default fish for sushi???

anyone know of a good place to get sushi grade tuna and stuff. im trying to avoid ordering it online. just getting into makin my own sushi so im not to familiar with all the good places to get stuff.

i bought fish from the fresh market @ hilltop, vb and cut it myself. it was salmon, and it was delicious.

Harris Teeter generally sells "Sashimi Grade" tuna.

I've made sushi on several occasions using their tuna and never had any problems.

Whenever I buy tuna it's from HT though thier price is brutal... the Philipines spoiled me when it comes to buying fish...

ive eaten the sushi from h-t which wasnt bad. i never took the time to look around and see what kinda fish they sold though. thanks ill have to check that out tomorrow

convenient thread. i just started working at a sushi place out here in Hawaii and was curious as to where to get it when i come back home.
