Need to have some minor trans work done in the Fairfax area and I've been refered to Curry Automotive in Chantilly. Does anyone know anything about them or had an experiance with them. Its not difficult stuff just tranny fluid, throw out bearing, and possiable clutch fork? I've heard good things about the one in Sterling(lots of high end Imports and what not) but nothing about the one in Chantilly. Any other places you guys can suggest?

Curry's does great work...but you'll pay. They specialize in high end cars (Porsche, Ferrari, etc.) but do work on damn near anything. They had a GTS Skyline there last time I swung by.

 

lol not a high end import, its just a 96 Mustang Gt with a T45 tranny. If you guys know anywhere else that may be better suited to my car please let me know.

Curry does great work but price is a tad bit high. Yeah, I would definitely take it to a shop that specializes in your car.
