driver side drop would be a Ford or Dodge 1 ton dually. Probably a ford, being as they were more plentiful. You need to specify the steering knuckle design (open, closed, high steer knuckle,) or snap a pic, that will help you sell it better. I know alot of guys got burnt buying the super dana 44's thinking they were getting 60's.
Edit: this is a perfect set-up for a straight axle conversion on a 88-98 chevy truck. especially if it's the high pinion dana 60.

yeah I say ford . . older dodges were passenger side drop like the chevy's . .. . . thnk newer ones went to driver side . . and yeah ifs chevys driver side to . . . .wish it was a passanger side and I had money . .lol
There's an 81 4x4 dually up here in WV by the house that's got the doors, hood, and bed off, pretty sure the motor is gone, but the axles still intact, everyday I drive by it I'm tempted to stop and ask if he wants to part with the axles. I keep hoping he drags it to the front of the yard and sticks a FS sign on it. Straight axle conversion on the 03......
