who the hell are these people?
If you've driven down Va Beach Blvd recently, you've probably seen these crazy people on the sidewalks. They wear all red, red hats, red painted faces, sunglasses, and their shirts have stuff written on them that don't make sense, or they hold signs that don't make sense. I'm pretty sure they are religious nuts, but I'm not positive. Anyone know who the fuck these people are?

I have seen them. It started out as 1 guy that would stay out there all day with a cross. But my guess would be that they are wack jobs.
