so got some. i know the extra wire running out is for the halo hook up. and i assuming that i going to run these wires to each of the wires for the signal lights. thing is, both wires are red. and of course, the wires for the signal lights are red black and i forgot the other. wow i am an idiot. how do i figure out which of the reds for the halos are the negative?

 

doesnt matter on the halos, as long as one has power and one has a ground it will work. there open leads so as long as the circuit is made they will light up.
