car wont pass emssions with purge flow problem
My sister has a 99 corolla and the purge evap flow controller is broken. Well check engine light has been on for a couple months now. So she can't pass emissions. Anyone know of anywhere that can fix this for cheap so she can pass emissions?

Tell her to register her car in another part of Virginia where they don't require emissions. Example: Norfolk, VA Beach. No address required. Just bring your title to the DMV and them you want to register your car somewhere else.

umm no thanks...too much trouble of doing that. She has a 99 corolla not a car that wants not pass emissions like a boosted car or is asking to not pass it. I just need to figure out how to fix the problem and do it.

wth you asking? what to replace? where it is located? how to replace it?
oh where it can be fixed? a dealership... seriously. who else is gonna carry an evap purge valve for a 99 rolla. or go to parts and buy it and do it yourself
