Motor starts up fine if it hasn't been sitting. The trans was fine when I got it. I haven't driven the car since I picked it up. The last time I tried to move the car under its own power it didn't want to go. It could be a fluid leak but I can't promise that because I didn't see fluid. I haven't had time to flush the tranny fluid to check.

The motor in the picture is the spare motor, the tranny in the picture is the spare as well.

I will also say the buyer better not expect to drive the car the day they come for it. It needs some work, it is a project, not a daily. I would suggest new underhood fuel lines, not the hard steel line underneath the car. I would also suggest plugs, wires, fluids, air cleaner, etc.

The car may also need some odds and ends to pass inspecton. I bought this car to drag so I never checked everything. I have just been way too busy to mess with it.

what are the block and head castings on both motors?
the block casting will be 2 letters right below the passenger side of the front of the block left of the water pump and below where the head is
the head castings will be 2 numbers or lefters on the center exhaust ports
thanks
