Default FS: Canon Powershot SD30, 2g SD card, 4x6 Photo Printer...

CAMERA IS $200 FIRM
I’m selling this Canon SD30 Digital Elph only because I upgraded to a digital SLR.
You might be confused looking at the pics, so let me tell you the story of this camera. I used to have an older Canon camera, and when I was in Japan the summer before last, I broke it, so while I was in Japan I bought this camera. Over there it was called the Canon Digital IXY L3. It cost me about $350 in US dollars. I also bought a brand new battery, only to find that it used the same type of battery as my old camera, of which I had two already, leaving me with 3 batteries total for this camera. Then 8 days after I bought it, I was at a party and dropped it while the lens was extended, and it broke, totally un-usable. So when I got back to the US I called Canon, and shipped them my camera to have it fixed. It cost me a little over $100 for “repair”. But in fact what they did was send me a 100% new camera, the US version of the same camera. So I now had two of everything, and 3 batteries. Unfortunately, I really didn’t use the camera that much after I got the new one in the US, because I was very busy with college last year. Then in March I bought a $700 Nikon DSLR, but I kept my Canon because I figured I would want a small camera (this camera is tiny by the way) to take around if I was at a party or something. But instead I never used it. So this camera is almost brand new, I’ve only used it to take maybe 300 pictures or so. It’s a great camera, the best point-and-shoot I’ve ever had, and its so tiny you won’t even realize its in your pocket.

So anyway, now you have the explanation, here’s what you’ll be getting:

The Canon SD30 Digital Elph, two charger docks, 4 wrist straps, 2 usb cables and 2 AV cables, 2 boxes (both with instructions and installation CDs etc), and 3 batteries (one of which is still new and unopened! That battery cost me $40 alone!). Considering all that you’ll be getting, $200 is a very fair price, and I will not negotiate on it. If it doesn’t sell here within a few weeks, it will be put on ebay. So don’t bother trying to haggle the price with me, and I don’t want any trades, I need the money for my engine swap.

Camera Specs:
5 megapixels
2.4x optical zoom
35mm equivalent
Digic II processor
Max resolution: 2592x1944
SD memory

I am also selling a 2gig Sandisk SD memory card for $20

I am also selling my Canon Selphy CP720 Compact Photo Printer for $50. It works great, and the prints are very good quality. This includes the box, CD, instructions, etc. It prints only 4x6 photos. I’m out of ink and paper, so you’ll have to buy the specific ink and paper made for it, but it’s pretty cheap. It has memory card slots for SD, Compact Flash, and Memory Sticks. You can also hook it directly to your camera. It is Pictbridge enabled, and it only takes 58 seconds to print each photo.

Payment:
You can pay me through paypal or by cash, but cash is preferred. You will have to come get what you buy, unless you live within 10 minutes of my house, in which case I might deliver it to you. I can also arrange shipping if you live too far away. I live in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach.

For questions or anything else, message me or call me, (757-274-3498). -Jon
