Just a warning, a group of hispanics in a SUV are rolling around apartment/condo complex jacking cars. My car got hit over the weekend, but luckly my neighbors saw the whole thing, called the police & caught the driver right down the street. I got my car back with a little damage to my key ignition. So 1 got caught & arrested & there is more at large. So keep an eye out in the Newport News area.
