So, there is a DOHC f22b jdm motor...
First, i did not believe it cuz its an F series Motor, but this site have it on thier list www.noyanusa.com

wait... did the euro have the f22b dohc for the 94-95 then switch to the f20b for 96+ i heard they made a change but i thought they had the h22 before the f20b?

yes it exists. a couple people from europe and such on preludeonline.com have them.
its just slightly rated under a h22... im honestly not even sure the difference? slightly less aggressive cam profile maybe?

well if i am not mistaken the f22b is a dohc non-vtec motor rated at about 160hp. this motor is viturally identical to the h23. there is said to be a sensor that is not on the f22b that is on the h23. this is simply drilled and tapped for the sensor so the motor can be used as a relatively inexpensive replacement for the prelude using the h23 engines. hope this helps
