have you checked if your getting power to the fuel pump ? get back there with a test light and check it, make sure its recieving voltage, check all fuses as well cause honda loves to intertwine there fuses.... if your not getting power trace it from there. need to check your fuel line as well, could be leaking or kinked somewhere, where are you checking for fuel pressure at ? did you use a guage ?. is the fuel pump priming when you cut the ignition to accessory two ?

is the pump priming when you put the ignition to accessory two or not ?.if your saying its getting power, and its not priming, something is wrong with the fuel pump or the connector to the pump. and you didnt answer, did you check the fuel pressure with a guage ?. and where did you check it if you did ?.

If you have voltage you need to see if you have a solid ground. No ground = incomplete circuit. If you get continuity on your ground with low resistance at the fuel pump connector then the pump is not good.
