wiring 89 crx hf to obd1

Default wiring 89 crx hf to obd1
What do I need to get my crx wired to obd1. I know I need something like 4 wire O2 sensor. I dont know jack shit about wiring and crap like that. I have an obd1 gsr vtec harness. I just need to know what Parts I need even if that includes any kind of hardware.

jumper harness to run obd1 computer, 4 wire o2 sensor, dizzy jumper harness or repin with the correct plug from the harness
