Wheel Bearings
hum really...weird I was gettin my tires put on yesterday. And I asked them how much they would charge to put them in for me. He said $120 including parts...Then I said, oh, is there anyway I can do it myself cause I like to do all my own work. He goes no prolly lot, Ill make you a deal and do it for $90. So you are pretty sure and machine shop can do it that cheap? if I provide the part. if so, thats what im doing, I hate paying people for labor, when I can do it for free. and the exact same, or better.

sorry to thread jack but i also need the same thing. I have the knuckles out already and have the bearings, if I walked in with both i wonder how much they would charge. couldnt be that much could it?
It's okay dude, wheel bearings can be a bitch, I'm just trying to get a place lined up and everything so I can do it in one afternoon, and it doesn't end up like my last wheel bearing change. Know of any good local machine shops, or whichever one said they'd do it for you for like 10 bucks? I'd go to Oceana, but I'd rather have someone who knew what they were doing to put em' in. I don't wanna be the retard who buys 100+$ bearings and fucks em' up ya know?
