Default bolt broke off in cat converter

i have a cat and i need some help of how to drill out one of the bolts that was broken off in there. i know you can drill them out but are there any specific tool i need or is it just a drill bit and drill.

Drill and bit is sufficient. Followed by at tap. The threads will be slightly larger so one of the 3 bolts will be different. The newer the bit and tap the better. Also, apply a bit of 3&1 oil before tapping to keep it cool and clean
