Me and the girl have a 3 story condo w/ two master suites, and two balconys on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Its located in the Riverwalk section of Chesapeake.

We were talking about renting out the second master bedroom to someone, perfer someone we know, or have met and have mutual friends to vouch.

You will have full house privledges*, all we ask is you dont smoke in the house, dont bring any sort of drug around (thatll get you the boot), and you be neat and clean up after yourself. Also dont want it to turn into a "couple" shared room ... with your BF/GF staying the night over almost every night. Dont care one bit about anyone staying over, but not looking for TWO roomates.

You will have your own private bathroom, and are more than welcome to paint the room and bathroom which ever color desired other than black or some color of that extreme.

I have a dog, and will allow another within reason (NO CATS).

Rent price can be discussed, if a pet is involved the deposit will be a little more. (ALL BILLS INCLUDED)

Shawn (WhiteSSP) and Joe (Ritz) have both been to my place and can vouch for how nice it is.
