OK... Went to both sites, and...

I, personally like the Speed Triple better as far as looks and cool factor goes.

The triumph i think it does make more power 131bhp im too lazy to figure it out, but the KTM makes 88KW... I think the triumph is a tad more powerful. But then again, u may wanna find out how much 88kw is... I knw its a lot of power, cuz i know of cars that make like 100KW...

The Speed triple seems a bt heavy to me. @ 416lbs (dry)
On the KTM website tho, it didnt say how much the superduke weights...


Regardless, if it was me... I would go for the speed triple... in orange... The only thing i think should be changed on that bike is the location of the exhaust.. Maybe an undertail... Or get rid of the insulating metal it has cuz it looks like ass.

those are the two bikes I want as well....both are amazing. Looking about $2-3k more for the ktm but being one of a couple people in the state to have one would be worth it. KTM was also the bike of the year....the speed triple also supposedly has one of the best engines ever in a motorcycle so it's a win-win situation. Also might want to look at the now discontinued ktm 990 supermoto on heavy discount($9-10k) or the new ducati hypermotard if you can give up a little of the long distance comfort


either way you get tons of credit for getting something other than a supersport 600 or 1000

 

id def go with the KTM...search on youtube and youll find a pro test ride of it, shits sick
