I got a 93 civic coupe, will 225/35/18 tires fit for this car? I got my fenders rolled and currently running 215/35/18, i want to know if i can go wider!!!

 

whats the offset of your rims? try to reach inside where the tire and wishbone arm using two fingers and if they clear and plus 42 or higher offset , i'll say it will be very close....

 

I think you may be pushing it, but it may work. Why do you feel that you need wider tires? 215mm should provide a great contact patch for a civic!

 

I've got 215/35/18s on a del sol and they already rub on the inside... just barely... but they do. Once i've got my fender flares finished, i'm gonna get my alignment.... I think anything more that that and you'll need a wide-body or something....
