Honestly, I've always had good luck at the Big Al's on Princess Anne in VB. I've had 4 exhausts made there.

Are you going to do the one-ball setup?

Im not exactly sure what you mean by one ball. Sorry. But if you have seen an o3 mini cooper S exhaust there is two exhaust cans on either side of the back of the mini, im planning on going only to one side then having it turn down behind the rear valence so that all you see is a little of the tip sticking down.

I have an '06, so yes I know what you mean.

Here is the one ball exhaust:

muffler king in newport news is great! Kevin did my install. He does tig welds and does very nice looking exhaust work on harleys, etc. I would go to him with any car.

Damn, i haven't ever seen or heard of that before. That is a really good idea. Did you do that to your mini? I think i might do that to mine. After market stuff is really expensive.

Wow that's insane... it seems like a no-brainer to come up with if you seen the underside or a diagram of the exhaust... genius though

I haven't because I don't want to modify mine and no one seems to want to sell their stock one. I'm planning to trade once '08's are available, and I don't want to lose value by not having stock parts on it. In your case, I think it would be a great mod.

And you're right, aftermarket is expensive because we're modding a BMW.
