Well the engine on my fathers 1986 civic si has a bent rod and is running terribly. The car will not pass emissions. He really loves the car and wants to replace the motor, problem is we cannot find one.

I am looking to purchase a EW4 motor (also known as a d15A3) that is in good running condition. Or if you could just tell me of a supplier of these engines I would greatly appreciate it. I need just the motor, not a transmission, I already have the 5 speed. Obviously Im not looking to spend that much on this but Im willing to look at what anyone has. Thanks in advance -John
