I have a 2001.5 Nogaro blue S4.
Mileage: 113,xxx
Transmission: 6 Speed
Interior: Black leather with wood trim
Price:13,500 OBO.
Reason for selling: I am in school full time and just not making the money that i'm used to making and can't afford to keep the car.
Location: Salisbury, MD
THE CAR JUST PASSED MARYLAND INSPECTION ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO. I still have the inspection slip which I believe is good for 90 days.

Timing belt was done at 90k(I can double check paperwork for exact mileage.)
Two BRAND new front axles
So far the car has new front Calipers (replaced under Warranty)
New Brake slave cylinder (replaced on Audis cost...since they broke it )
New drivers seat frame (1300 bucks!! wtf) under warranty.
New Moonroof switch
New door handle on D. side
New lumbar support
EGR valve replaced under warranty
K03s have about 40Kish miles on them. replaced under warranty
New outer tie rods

$14.2 is quite reasonable actually.
I think people tend to confuse the value of domestic cars vs. euro cars. There is a world of difference. A 100k+ mile mustang/camaro/firebird/corvette, etc... would not only not sell for 14.2k but it would most likely not be on the road.

Thanks for the bumps guys. I'm am willing to work on the price. School just started again so i'm not working as much as I want. I've a couple crazy offers that I just can't accept, but if you have even a fairly reasonable offer, just let me know.
