You had the timing belt replaced at 49k miles? Why? This would be perfect for my girl except she is short on funds.

 

Thanks for asking. I did the timing belt, becasue I replaced the water pump. Figured, what the hell, I'll do 'em both. Did I replace the water pump due to failure? No, more for 'preventative' replacement.

No, I did the job. I've been working on VWs and cars, in general, for around 25yrs, so I do 99.9% of all work, myself.

as far as the Durango, as much as I'd like to have one (with a V8 of course), I'd have to definitely pass. I need to sell, unfortunately, rather than trade.
