I have a JG/Edelbrock intake manifold that needs some repair. This part looks to be made of Cast Aluminum...
The corner cracked off, it will need to be somehow welded back on & the the flange will need milled flat again....
I'm sure welding/repairing cast-aluminum is not the easiest thing to do.
This manifold will also be going on a Turbo car, so a good quality repair is needed!!!
Can anybody reccomend a reputable shop
that will do this kind of work for a decent price???
Local NoVA area would be nice

This is a simple fix. ANY welding shop can weld the ear back on. And any machine shop could as well. No matter who welds it, it is just a matter of Blanchard grinding / Decking / Machining (whatever you want to call it) the flat area back down.
