I have a 97 civic hatchback and im tryin to do the 99-00 civic front conversion. i have both fenders, bumper, grill, hood and headlights from a 2000 civic. Anyone Know The modifications i need to do to make it fit?

 

super glue and some tape will work fine.

 

front bumper and radiator support from what i understand

 

it will bolt right on

 

un bolt, re bolt. have a beer or two or three and so on and call it a day.

 

just bolt it on...i did it before with my friend and it was easy...dont have to change anything really....is it a SI front end or just a 99-00 front end of the other model civics like ex,lx.dx.etc...i think i heard that if you have a Si frnt end then you might need to change the radiator support becuase the Si has the B16 engine....and the holes wont line up real well...

 

when you put the bumper on there is a tiny piece of plastic you need to make a slit in on the sides of the grill in the back where you can not see it because it hits the radiator support. Thats it. You'll see where when you go to put the bumper on. No big deal. I cant even remember where it is it's so unnoticeable even with the bumper off.

 

on the 96-98 raditor support, there are to taps on each side where the bumper would attach. you need to trim them down and redrill holes where it would meet. but if you need some one to install the whole front end for you let me know.

my friend and i just did it on his car, didnt need to drill/ cut anything and still came out good lookin, i can get pics if you want, and help you out with it
