Looking for Reputable Shop...
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum as this is my first post. I've been apart of team-integra.net for a number of years now, and was one of the first with gs-r.org before they fell off the map.
I have a mostly stock 94 integra gs-r that I bought around 5 years ago with big plans in mind. Well after getting married and my life taking a little bit of a hold in this project, I am finally getting to the point where I can consider resuming my long holding plans!
Here's my problem....since i've moved to Lynchburg 4 years ago I have not been able to find a good shop around here that doesn't scare me when turning my gsr over for major rehibilitation! LOL!
I grew up around the DC area and there were no shortage of reputable import garages that knew inside and out about the b18c and could tackle any complicated technical idea I threw at them from the plans I had put together. I love Lynchburg....but seriously, I don't feel secure letting anyone do any technical engine work / building. Maybe I've just been to busy to find any place, but I wanted to get some ideas from some of you all since more than likely you guys know better than I!
Anything really non engine related could be done by almost anyone (almost) and I'm really not concerned with that. But if I am wanting to get some pretty moderate engine work done and tuning completed utilizing some type of ems more than likely a hondata s300,.....I'm totally at a loss of who to take my gsr to. I want it done right the first time, and I want to be able to stake thousands of dollars worth of work and calibration / tuning of the final product, on the shop I'm taking it to.
I've got a little bit of time. I'm looking to have work done in the summer as I can just steal my wifes car while she's off for the summer (teacher's have it made!). So that will give me time to get parts ordered and my ducks in a row.
Thanks in advance guys!

This Chris didn't used to have a 240 w/ sr20 swap and a soarer at one time did he?
if this is the same Chris...then he used to be a pretty good friend of mine and I've lost touch with him!

I will probably shoot him a pm when I get my act more together, or maybe I will just see if he can guide me! Hopefully we'll have Ash's car paid off in March and then MAYBE she'll let me do everything I've been wanting to do....wonderful wives....can't seem to function the way I did before we got married!
Thanks for the input guys!
