If you have a 2007 R1 I can take some measurements from, I'd appreciate it. The following is a hint at what I want to do.

Hey man, thanks for the heads up. I need to know how wide the subframe mounting points are and how long the tail is from the tank to the tip of the tail. I really think the R1 tail is going to be too long, so I'm looking for fiberglass tails that might work.
