So I dont know if he is on Drag but ive taken my 06 STi to Perry twice. once for new tires and recently for a new rear diff. Both times Rob has worked on my car. both times he fucked it up. 1st time he dug a new ring in all for rims and I got a set of WOrk EMotions. Good deal. Now he has stripped on of my $150.00 5zigen red extnded lugnuts and crossthreaded a stud. Thanks Rob! See you on Monday for a new set of lungs and a new Stud!
funny, because I did just that and when I got my paperwork last week it has his business car attached to it!
The mechanics business card was on it? I've never heard of a mechanic having their business card on customers paperwork. The ASMs tend to put their business card on paperwork though.

+1.
My Subaru Techs don't have business cards. Heck, they hardly talk to the customers. My name is what goes on the Invoice and I give them my card if they already don't have them.
It's really kinda hard to blame a tech for a messed up stud and lug nut. That kinda thing happens all the time. Not to say that he didn't do it but it's a very common thing to happen.

I guess I should blame the Snap-On air tools then, because I use a gun to put my wheels on weekly when i take them off to clean. Ive never done that dumb shit. Ita careless, not common.
