its defiitely clean, but i personally wouldnt do it, mainly cause its a stock dx, but if your wanting a reliable daily driver with no mods that will last you another 10 years than go for it, but you can find newer cars like integras or other civics with more miles of course, but all the creature comforts for less then that. and you can rebuid a motor for rather cheap if it needs to be.

well i want to buy it do the full suspension setup (f2f and sway shit) get the double din console drop in my kenwood excelon 8017 and system and do the whole audio thing, rice it out with some jdm stuff and run the motor dry. I'm not a racer. But those k20 swaps look cool. So might do that one day, just have been looking for clean eg, and this is the cleanest one i've found, for one reason or another like a week ago instead of wanting a vsm 9900 ek like my first true love i just decided i wanted an eg... found this and... eek idk

I would consider a beater for a grand and then use the other 5 grand for mods to make it look the way you want. body and paint maybe 3 grand leaving 2 grand for wheels, tires, shocks, springs etc.. than you have a nice rolling platform for what you would have in a bone stock EG. Now if you want a bone stock daily driver, thats a tough deal to beat.
