Can someone find a write up on setting timing on a B18A

I cant find one at all and ive spent the last few days trying to get alot of stuff done to the car and this is the last step. thanks for any help you can

i finally figured it out earlier today, hash marks point each other at 3 o'clock (E side) and 9 o'clock (I side) and the hash mark on the crank pulley lines up to the triangle shaped arrow with the woodruff key at about 12, the problem is getting it to stay lined up after tensioning.
