JHPUSA HAS EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
so i order the valve cover gasket and grommets and a new shiftlinkage and energy suspension bushings from jhpusa.com december 28th. its now two and a half weeks later and no product. hmmm. so i gave them a call yesterday and they tell me that the bushings where on backorder. well wtf they never called or emailed or anything telling me they were. well i go to my online banking and i see they have taken the money out on january 2nd. so basically they have my money and i have nothing in return and they didnt even inform me of the "backorder". so i call them today and they told me the bushings came in today. i ask him what he's gonna do for me for the inconvenience of me not knowing anything for two weeks and them having my money and he said he couldnt do anything. so i keep trying to push him and push him to overnight it since ive been so inconvenienced. basically they didnt do a damn thing but tell me its still going to be another 6-10days. to me thats not in any way to run a business. i have ordered once before and it was quite a long shipping time but never any problems like this. for now they have lost my business and i don't recommend ordering from them.
Damn Joe, I've heard nothing but good things about them. Never anything bad, but I guess there's always a first time? But anyway, that really sucks man, Tunerz Image did that to me twice too.

I couldve told you this years ago, they have the absolute worst customer services..3 times ive called them and 3 times i had someone on the phone that just didnt sound like he wanted to be there. very unhelpful with some easy questions and kept trying to refer me to honda-tech for answers. i would never buy shit or call them again
Call again and ask to speak to a manager. Get his name, write it down, and see if he is willing to help. Don't let the douche at the desk shut you down.
damn yall start this thread the day after i place an order! Hope im not as unlucky as yall with the shipping. Ive ordered there a couple times, never had no problems, but i guess we'll see.
i ordered once before and just shipping took extremely long and i figured ok whatever first order no big deal. but this time they had just had my money for almost 3 weeks and i have nothing in return and not even a call or email saying there was a backorder and then when i did call they wouldnt do anything to keep me as a customer. i dont really care i will take business elsewhere.
