freaky ride... Vanagon
ALright, I have my civic, and now I decided I wanted something else, something different, something very few people have ever heard of and probably only if they are vw enthusiast, and maybe not even then. So I got an 1986 VW Vanagon, yeah that ugly thing, but guess what, KEP makes a kit to put subaru engines in them, so guess what again, I ordered the kit and ordered a jdm ej20t, I guess you have to be a subaru enthusiast to know what that is, well its a 2.0L turbo engine that you may now as the WRX engine. Anyways, anybody here done this swap, any experience? Got freaky rides you wanna share? I'll be posting pics as soon as I get some.

to be honest, I dont know, lets just say the stock engine has a whopping 90hp, and the jdm ej20t I believe has somewhere around 240hp, gushdang!!! almost tripleing...tripling... hp
I put my friends 18s to see what it looked like. much much better than the stock 14s. but here it is anyways, lets call this the before shot of my new project.

damn, I wish I could go, but the van is not driveable right now. It still has the stock engine in it which doesnt run. I am expecting the new engine this week, today or tomorrow. But still even after I get it, it will be a while before I can drive it, Ive heard that wiring the whole thing up is a living hell, specially since its an obdII engine.
