Default Culinary job opportunities

I will be taking over a kitchen at an upscale hotel in Old Town Portsmouth. Menu will be mediterranean tapas/entrees.

What I am looking for are a couple of BOH people with fine dining experience. Prep, sous, good line cooks, etc.

Please either post in this thread or PM me.

Dang El_Negro I was looking into getting back into the culinary world, but it has been well over a decade since I last participated.
Good Luck and where is the local?

Tim PM me your number. A good friend of mine has a culinary degree and is wasting it working as a Manager at Chik-Fil-A right now. He has some experience (other than CFA I mean) and is looking for a new job. I'll put him in contact with you.

Damn. I know the perfect guy for this job. Too bad he lives in New York now.

That's why they're bringing in the elite from Norfolk to try to make P-town better.

Although, with you still living there, it will always be a bit grimy.

It's the Hawthorne at Dinwiddie and the place is called the 506 Bistro. If you want to, come in and fill out an app. You know the kitchen never changes.

506 Bistro.

I am also staffing a kitchen at the Doubletree at Military Circle. They've put a lot of money into this hotel and it's just about ready to open, too.

Basically, I have a shitload of jobs available.
