I have an alignment package and would like to get my car aligned in the Richmond, VA area. I am hoping a tech is on here so I have someone to request who will perform the work correctly. I normally get my alignments done at a Merchant's in NOVA that I have been going to for a long time.

they take advantage of the whole sommision thing
i went to get my old car inspected and while they were at it i asked just to try and diagnose a coldstart problem i had. turns out it wasnt picking up any codes so they got pissed they had to go through the schematics and go piece by piece to try and figure out the problem. listed a bunch of bullshit parts that were in perfect working condition and then some other shit that didnt need to be fixed or replaced to pass inspection. this was kramer tire by the way. ive heard some shit about merchants too. theyre the same as kramer tire. merchants doesnt have bad prices on tires sompared to some other places though.
and the tread quarters on centerville and mt pleasant needs to get shut down for real. they are slow as hell and they tried to charge my grandad for work HE did! he replaced all his rotors, calipers, and pads before he took it to get it inspected because he knew they were bad. ho goes back up there to pick it up and they charge him and told him they replaced all that stuff that HE REPLACED THE DAY BEFORE HIMSELF!
they didnt authorize the work number one and they tried to charge him for the parts and labor he did.
those places that work off of comission are rip offs theyll do anything to get more money basically
