Exclamation code 14 - IACV

my car is throwing a code 14, is there anybody that can help me?

things i have done:checked for vacuum leaks, tps voltage, replaced iacv for a brand new one, ran it straight to the ecu because its not working with the plug. [ all this was done recently]

the car has thrown the code 14 ever since i put a ls in it obd 0, that was 4 years ago, then i put b16 head on it 2 years ago, still code 14 different working iacv and still obd 0. so i've alway had code 14 but my car always ran fine until i converted it to obd 1 a month ago, it idles fine, runs and drives fine. the only problem is that when i give it gas[normal driving] it responds about a second or two later followed by a jerk.

i using a jdm p72 ecu, 94 gsr distributor

Try the green plug, not the yellow one.

you sure its the iacv, not the iatb (or something like that).A gsr computer which you have is setup to run the dual butterfly's. i would recommend finding a b16 computer instead of a gsr, neither computer will run the ls/vtec right anyway. Need to get it tuned also.

1rude2l im gonna try to get a p30 hoping it will take the hesitation away, but my ls-vtec runs fine and its alot stronger(besides the hesitation) ever since i went obd1. but the car is throwing code 14 (iacv) but you're probably right about the p72 set up for dual butterfly's.

thanks for the advise, if u have any more please let me know.
